AIESEC runs its activities in Slovakia since 1966. Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia were the first countries of former soviet block, which joined AIESEC. After Czechoslovakia separated in two countries in 1993, an independed AIESEC in Slovakia was established.

AIESEC in Slovakia is an unique student-run organization. We are present with our activities on 13 universities of 7 cities (Bratislava, Banska Bystrica, Kosice, Nitra, Poprad, Trnava and Zilina). The membership counts currently 380 young people (according to data from 01/2009).
