Learning in AIESEC is an opportunity to take an active role in own learning and in learning of others. Constant improvement of skills and knowledge, self-reflection and personal development is vital part of AIESEC experience.

AIESEC has created own unique “Learning Environment” to support the development based on experience, to improve the skills and overview.

It is important to know, that education in AIESEC is based on your involvement into AIESEC activities, into WORK, in which you learn more and new things, while applying theoretical knowledge in reality.

AIESEC Learning Environment - A place to develop

	Conferences and other events are regular or irregular meetings that are focused on education and preparation of AIESEC members on their job. In Slovakia we organize 6 national and 2 local conferences yearly, plus more national seminars. You can also attend a conference abroad, one out of over 450 organized globally. Conference are the place to gain knowledge, skills, network with different people with over 100 countries.
	Mentoring and coaching gives you an opportunity to consult your goals and ambitions, help you with development of your personal and AIESEC experience. You can get a mentor from older AIESEC members or external company representatives that cooperate with us.
	Virtual spaces are the place to live AIESEC experience online. We have own online platform www.myAIESEC.net, where you can find different information, work with others and broaden your learning space to global.
	Learning circles as the educational non-formal meetings with people interested in particular topic can offer your organization the space to solve different questions with new people. Challenge yourself by opinion of our members. Attend different discussions with our partners or other professionals.
	Individual self-reflection discovery is one of very important aspects of AIESEC expereience, by which our members clearly summarize and get to understand their learning over the experience. You will be introduced to different tools how to capture and analyze your own experience and to get the most out of it.
	Team experience is one of the most powerful learning experiences in AIESEC. Work in team teaches you the most important characteristics that you will find valuable in everyday life. You can also become a team-leader and learn, how to manage and lead yourself and others.
