Leadership

Leadership experiences are probably the most important opportunities we offer. You can have a real team of your own to lead in specified area of expertise. You can even go higher: you can lead a bunch of teams strategically on a local or national level.

Conferences

We offer annually four national conferences in Finland and possibilites to go to international conferences. Additionally there are about two local conferences offered by your Local Committee. Conferences are a great learning opportunity with member education, workshops and networking. You have to experience them, they really make a difference!

Self-discovery

AIESEC offers you a great platform for discovering your own potential. As an AIESEC member you will set personal goals, find barriers, overcome them and achieve relevant milestones. Even a possibility for a personal mentor exists. In AIESEC, many people have found their real field of interest and renewed their life direction.

Working abroad

Living in another country and working there in a new company, NGO or a school, in new cultural and working environment, is an experience which cannot be compared to anything you have experienced before. AIESEC offers this unique experience to its members as an important part of AIESEC learning.
